Whether it be alarm systems, computer or software related. We always tell Clients a Computer or an alarm system speaks. When something is wrong it will either give an error code. Alarm system gives it throught the panel while a computer can do it either with an error code, beeping on a pc speaker or when starting up the pc will ask for you to setup your settings in your Bios ( Basic input output system).
